Massimo Banzi  si occupa di Design Interattivo sia come consulente che come insegnante. Ha fondato il progetto Arduino, primo esempio di successo nel campo dell’hardware open source.

Ha lavorato su progetti per clienti come Prada, Artemide, Persol, Whirlpool, V&A Museum e Adidas.

E’ stato per 4 anni professore associato all’Interaction Design Institute di Ivrea. Oltre ad Ivrea ha insegnato presso istituzioni come: CIID – Copenhagen, Architectural Association – London, Central Saint Martin – London, Bartlett – London, Hyperwerk Basel, Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst Basel, Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd, FH Potsdam, Domus Academy, Medialab Madrid, Escola Superior de Disseny Barcelona, ARS Electronica Linz, Mediamatic Amsterdam, Doors of Perception Amsterdam.

Prima di Ivrea è stato CTO dell’incubatore  Seat Ventures ed ha lavorato per molti anni come software architect,sia a Milano che Londra, su progetti per clienti come Italia Online, Sapient, Labour Party, BT, MCI WorldCom, SmithKlineBeecham, Storagetek, BSkyB e boo.com.

Massimo Banzi is the co-founder of the Arduino project He has worked as a consultant for clients such as: Prada, Artemide, Persol, Whirlpool, V&A Museum and Adidas.

He spent 4 years at the Interaction Design Institue Ivrea as Associate Professor. Massimo has taught workshops and has been a guest speaker at institutions like: Architectural Association – London, Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst Basel, Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd, FH Potsdam, Domus Academy, Medialab Madrid, Escola Superior de Disseny Barcelona, ARS Electronica Linz, Mediamatic Amsterdam, Doors of Perception Amsterdam.

Before joining IDII he was CTO for the Seat Ventures incubator. He spent many years working as a software architect,both in Milan and London, on projects for clients like Italia Online, Sapient, Labour Party, BT, MCI WorldCom, SmithKlineBeecham, Storagetek, BSkyB and boo.com.

    Hi, M.Banzi, I had very impression of your book “Getting Started with Arduino”.
    Because you are very simply and easily teaching about Arduino in that book.
    So, I think that if more students in Korea can read the book easily, it is Goood!
    I have a proposal. Would I translate that book to korean?
